Playmobil Dragon’s Dungeon (4836)

With a working light, the Playmobil Dragon’s Dungeon has become a firm favorite with my Merlin mad 4 year old.

Buy online: Toys R Us

Initial Thoughts: The Dragon’s Dungeon is an add on to Playmobil Great Dragon Castle (4835) and comes with its own working light.  Dragons, knights and castles are currently an obsession with my 4 year old.

We liked: The Playmobil Dragon’s Dungeon comes with its own magic light and yes the batteries are included and also a small dragon.  My boys loved the shooting the catapult at the dragon and spent hours making up tales of fighting and magic.    Mini was particularly taken with the drawbridge gate.

We weren’t keen: There really is nothing not to like in this set for me or the boys, it kept them occupied for hours, which in exchange for the house it took MadDad to put it together isn’t bad, although it would have taken me much longer,

Overall: For less than £40 the Playmobil Dragon’s Dungeon is an excellent set and would make a great set without having to buy the great dragon castle.  It has plenty of play potential and will keep children occupied for hours.  We all loved the fact that it has its own light too.
