Children really love these Police series! They spend hours building and hunting the thieves! Great value for money and in general as Lego stays forever with them.

Hallo Jen

Soooo sad to read your Gormiti comments - not sad for you but sad because my 6.5 year old son Franco just LOVES gormitis and he would love to have things like this but here in SA the Gormiti stock came with a bang about two years ago and now had dried up. If you can find any old stock left somewhere you are lucky!

He would would brush his teeth without complaining for a whole week (and believe me that is a lot), to have a toy like this.

Regards

we got our pet dog from Ikea! Our previous house was too small for a real dog so I managed to con my then 3 yr old into one of the giant stuffies. His name is Buddy and he sleeps and protects Squidge while she sleeps. Best thing about an Ikea dog? No need to clean up the poop!!

My 3yo son got one for Christmas and he loves it; he has the Toy Story that came with it plus we got him Shrek too. He plays with it frequently, both listening to story and playing games, and isn't bored of either yet; although obviously he's a good bit younger than yours.

I have to agree on batteries, we're getting rechargeable ones as it eats them up. I do question the review on the games though? Surely a fairer test would have been using a game from the older end of the range, as it goes up to 7 years? Also, only testing one game- wouldn't any console be boring with the same game over and over? Just a thought, sorry!

Thanks for reviewing this.

Oh yes it really eats batteries. We have rechargeables and I am forever replacing them. Mini, who is 4 gets more out of the Storio than Maxi, but the cartridges are prohibitively expensive at £17 each, much more than a book or kindle book!

Great idea of a product. Not so many games being made these days for children away from computers, love the idea. May have to buy it, looks fun and interactive.
